Product description
One-component polymer-cement mortar (PCC), containing microsilica, reinforced with synthetic fibers. The product is a repair mortar for filling concrete defects with the Sika Repair-10 F bonding coat. The mortar can be applied by hand or by wet spraying.
Features
- material supplied ready for use, requires mixing only with water
- ease of preparation and application
- resistance to chemical aggression
- class R4 in accordance with PN-EN 1504-3
- good mechanical properties, tightness
Application
- structural and non-structural repairs by manual method concrete in areas exposed to increased environmental aggression, e.g. in general construction, hydrotechnical construction: dams, reservoirs, canals, dams, sewage treatment plants; by industry: pavements, underground workings, shafts
- suitable for repair works (principle 3, methods 3.1 and 3.2 of PN-EN 1504-9) - repairing peeled or damaged concrete in buildings and other reinforced concrete structures (manual application of repair mortar, application of a mortar layer)
- suitable for structural reinforcement (principle 4, method 4.4 of PN-EN 1504-9) - increasing the load-bearing capacity of the concrete structure by adding a mortar layer
- suitable for maintaining or restoring passivity (principle 7, method 7.1 and 7.2 of PN-EN 1504-9) - increasing the thickness of the reinforcement cover and replacing damaged or carbonated concrete
- in the Sika Repair F concrete repair system, local filling the defect in 1-4 cm thick layers on the Sika Repair-10 F bonding layer
