Product description
A water-based, three-component polyurethane-cement mortar, intended for trowel application in layers of 4-15 mm. On the floor, it creates a continuous anti-slip coating characterized by a delicate texture and high resistance to abrasion, impact, rapid temperature changes and chemical impact.
Features
- thermal resistance higher than epoxy coatings from -40 C to +150 C
- a coating over 9 mm thick is not affected by the steam cleaning cycles
- high mechanical parameters, great compressive strength, abrasion, impact strength, mechanical cleaning, etc.
- excellent chemical resistance, better than epoxy system
- product suitable for use on slightly damp surfaces and on fresh concrete (7 days after pouring)
- application possible in layers of different thickness depending on the needs and requirements
- the finishing layer may have a different texture depending on the planned anti-skid properties
- creates an uninterrupted coating without structural joints
- quick-drying material: moderate traffic is possible after 24 hours from application
- environmentally friendly product, non-toxic, solvent-free, non-flammable, suitable for use in rooms with low air movement
Application
- floor systems exposed to rapid temperature changes, steam cleaning cycles or splashes of hot liquids, for industrial environments with high operating conditions, for cold rooms, etc.
- anti-slip coating for floors exposed to direct contact with liquids, for surfaces where liquids are loaded and unloaded, for surfaces with a slight slope on which forklifts travel, etc.
- in industrial environments on substrates requiring high mechanical strength and chemical resistance to cleaning substances, degreasing surfactants, acid and alkaline solutions, hydrocarbons and other aggressive substances
- industrial floors in the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food, etc. industries, which impose very high requirements on the materials used in terms of mechanical and chemical resistance
