Product description
A water-based, three-component, polyurethane-cement mortar with a liquid consistency. It creates a highly effective smooth floor 4-6 mm thick and is highly resistant to abrasion, impact and chemical attack.
Features
- high mechanical parameters, excellent compressive strength, abrasion, impact strength, mechanical cleaning, wear, etc.
- excellent chemical resistance, better than epoxy system
- good thermal resistance from -25 C to +70 C
- material quick-drying circular motion already possible after 48 hours from application
- liquid consistency and very good workability allow to obtain a smooth surface quickly and easily
- creates an uninterrupted coating without structural joints
- environmentally friendly product, non-toxic, solvent-free, non-flammable, suitable for use in rooms with low air movement
Application
- surfaces with heavy vehicle traffic, in rooms with difficult operating conditions
- in industrial environments on substrates requiring very high chemical resistance to cleaning substances, degreasing surfactants, fats, diluted acids and bases, hydrocarbons and other aggressive substances
- smooth-surface floors in the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food, etc. industries, which impose very high requirements on the materials used in terms of mechanical and chemical resistance
