Product description
Cement floor self-leveling underlayment, in the form of a dry mix, ready to use after mixing with water. Product in accordance with PN-EN 13813; polymer modified; CT-C25-F5
Application
- For fast execution of the substrate, very smooth and leveled undercoat with thin and thick carpets, PVC, cork, linoleum, ceramic and stone tiles, parquet (flexible adhesives recommended), panels etc.
- weber.floor 4150 for machine application allows very fast execution of precisely leveled undercoat on large surfaces (capacity approx. 400 m per hour).
- For use inside buildings in apartments, hotels, offices, hospitals, schools, shops, cinemas, etc. public facilities, on concrete substrates and cement screeds.
Weber.floor 4150 is not recommended to be used without the above-mentioned topcoats.
Substrate preparation
The substrate must be load-bearing, hard, stable, dry and free from impurities that weaken the bond (e.g. grease, bitumen, dust, glues, adhesives, paint and mortar residues). The tensile strength of the substrate should be at least 1.0 N / mm. Seal openings in the ceiling to prevent mortar from leaking. Prime larger defects (> 30 mm) with weber.floor 4716 - concentrate for dilution with water or weber PG201 - ready to use (soil to dry) and fill with weber.floor RAPID, weber.floor 6000 or weber.floor 4040 Vacuum and prime the ground thoroughly with weber.floor 4716 or weber PG201.
Priming weber.floor 4716 (pour the preparation into water):
- concrete substrates - concentrate mixed with water in a 1: 3 ratio (soil: water),
- absorbent substrates (e.g. porous concrete, cement screeds) - first priming 1: 5, second 1: 3.
Priming weber PG201 (mix the contents of the packaging before use):
- prime concrete substrates without thinning,
- absorbent substrates: prime twice - first with diluted 2: 1 diluted soil, second - without dilution.
Pour the prepared primer onto the ground and spread evenly with a soft brush. It is unacceptable to leave excess primer in the cavities. Leave the primer to dry (approx. 3-5 hours). The priming layer increases the adhesion of the mortar to the substrate, facilitates its leveling, prevents the formation of air bubbles and dehydration of the mortar before setting. Detailed information on priming is included in the technical sheets of the primer. Make circumferential expansion joints around walls, columns, pipes etc. using e.g. weber.floor 4960 expansion tape.
