Product description
The rotating chimney cowl hybrid turboent with flange PN-EN12220 is a device that dynamically uses wind power to support the chimney draft, additionally equipped with a low-power brushless motor for its effective stabilization.
Requires the use of a regulator. Turbowent powered with 230 V AC.
In addition, thanks to the unique design of the head, the cap exhibits excellent parameters of vacuum and performance with minimal energy consumption and low noise.
The base is mounted on the chimney outlets in gravitational ventilation systems. Regardless of the direction, strength and type of wind, the attachment turbine always rotates in one and the same direction creating a negative pressure at the attachment inlet end, which results in an increase in the air flow rate in the ducts. If the blowing wind is not strong enough to achieve the rotational speed set on the controller, the electric motor drives the base to the set speed, if it is too strong, the motor limits the rotational speed. In a situation where the blowing wind is sufficient to ensure the correct speed, the HYBRID PLUS TURBOWENT works like a normal wind root, and the consumption of electricity is minimal.
The attachment is mounted on the gravitational ventilation chimney outlets, especially in single and multi-family housing.
Hybrid ventilation is a system based on gravity lines supported by mechanical devices. In the Darco Hybrid ventilation system, the main performance regulator is the hybrid attachment. It ensures correct chimney draft and, thanks to the possibility of rotational speed regulation, allows setting the desired efficiency of the ventilation riser.
Application
- for the construction of a hybrid ventilation system
- to support gravitational exhaust ventilation
- when there are air swirls at the chimney outlet caused by its unfavorable location
- with unfavorable terrain configuration, strong and frequent winds (wind zone II and III)
- when there is no stabilized chimney draft or it is too small
