Product description
Initial, two-component fluid based on silicate and ester, used to make a horizontal diaphragm. This is to cut off capillary pull-up moisture. The product narrows the capillaries and has a hydrophobic effect. It can be used by low-pressure injection, also in walls with significant moisture. The preparation is characterized by a high content of active substances.
Properties
- two-component injection fluid
- low viscosity
- based on silicate and ester w
- shows the gelling effect of component B, thanks to which it can also be used in highly damp parts of the building without the need to dry them first
- material effective even when the walls are moist with tendons up to 95% - has been tested according to the WTA 4-4-04 / D instructions
- apart from restoring horizontal insulation, Koester Mautrol 2K increases the strength of concrete and masonry substrates and provides additional protection against the penetration of aggressive substances
- does not cause corrosion of the reinforcement
Application
- low-pressure injection performed to restore horizontal insulation against capillary-rise moisture in walls with moisture up to 95%
- can be used in masonry or concrete walls, as well as to strengthen masonry walls made of natural stone or brick
- inside and out
- it can also be used only to increase the strength of the wall
- for making horizontal diaphragms in walls against capillary rising moisture in accordance with the WTA 4-4-04 / D instruction, above the water damming level
