Ceresit CS 28 is a one-component, high-temperature, flexible silicone sealant resistant to temperature fluctuations from -65 C to +260 C (short-term up to +315 C) and the action of fuels, oil and grease. It has very good adhesion to non-porous surfaces such as: metal, glass, wood, silicone resin, vulcanized silicone rubber, ceramics, plastics. It is intended for sealing and gluing in applications exposed to high temperatures in industry (metal elements in pumps, motors, drives) and construction (furnaces, chimneys, ventilation ducts). Suitable for sealing boilers, heaters, stove, cookers, water pumps, valve covers, oil sumps, chain covers in timing, bridge covers in the drive, element in the solar collector. Do not use for sensitive metals (copper, lead), for natural stones (may cause their discoloration and stains), for joining and installing mirrors. It is also not recommended on substrates such as concrete, plasters and cement mortars.
